Wildlings explore what it means to belong to a group of twelve. The core question is 'How do we take care of each other and this room?'

Partner interviews help Wildlings learn one new thing about a peer each day. The group practices simple conflict-repair language through role play. A shared mural or wall piece begins, to which every Wildling adds something each week. Outdoor movement games reinforce turn-taking and cooperation. The week ends with naming classroom jobs and responsibilities.

Coaches model naming feelings aloud and repairing small ruptures quickly and visibly.
