to join Wilder.
All tracks include the same hands-on, movement-rich program — just different days. Days are fixed per track. Same $250 deposit and $200 Founding enrollment fee for all.

The Founding Cohort Scale
Wilder's tuition assistance fund is finite. Funds are budgeted, and replenished once a year as availability allows. Approval and amount are decided case by case, based on alignment, need, owner discretion, and what the fund can carry at the time.
There's a section in the application where you can ask to be considered. The tiers below show the range the fund can reach.

A tier applies to the 2026–2027 year. Your standard rate and your pay-in-full and sibling discounts lock in and carry forward year over year.

Sign the Enrollment Agreement
Review and sign the agreement that lays out the year, the commitment, and what we owe each other.
Choose your plan
Pay in full and save 5%, or spread membership across 10 monthly installments.
Confirm your seat
Ready to start now? Your first payment (or full payment) confirms your seat — no separate deposit needed. Not ready to pay yet but want to hold your spot? Pay the $250 seat-hold deposit — it's applied toward your membership once you begin.
Good to Know
All fees are non-refundable. Enrollment is a commitment for the full program year — every seat matters. Card payments include a 3% processing fee; ACH and check carry no fee. Questions about membership or fit? Email shawn@wildernv.com — money should never stand between your family and Wilder.
