Wilder is a small learning community launching this fall in Las Vegas. We work with kids ages 6–13, in small mixed-age groups, using a hands-on, project-based approach built around whole-child development.

Co-Guide (Assistant Educator)
$28 / hour
~$35,280 for the school year
Schedule
Mon–Fri, full program hours · 7 hrs/day

180 days · September–May 2026–27
Location
West Las Vegas area (near W Post Rd / Durango)
What the role looks like
- •Co-facilitate daily hands-on learning with the Lead Guide
- •Build real relationships with learners — know each kid by name and nature
- •Support differentiated learning across mixed ages (6–13)
- •Participate in outdoor time, movement, making, and building
- •Brief daily planning & reflection with your co-guide
- •Two-guide team — you run the room together
Who we're looking for
- •Experience with kids in education, coaching, or youth development
- •Calm, patient, and adaptable — holds structure without being rigid
- •Comfortable with movement, making, and outdoor programming
- •Genuinely likes kids and finds them interesting
- •Male-identifying (intentional balanced team composition)
- •Prefers talking with kids, not at them
