Body · Week 3 — Movement, Rest, and Recovery

Health & BodyDraftWhole groupWeek 3

Objectives

Wildlings discover the relationship between activity, rest, and how their body and mind feel. The question is 'How do I know when to push and when to rest?'

Materials

movement circuit stations, stretching mats, sleep tracking chart, My Owner's Manual

Activities

A varied movement circuit lets Wildlings try several physical skills and notice exertion levels. A guided rest or stretching session introduces recovery as an active skill, not laziness. Sleep habits are discussed through a simple tracking chart Wildlings take home. Outdoor free play reinforces unstructured movement. A rest-and-movement page is added to My Owner's Manual.

Coach notes

Model rest visibly — a coach demonstrating stretching or quiet breathing normalizes it for reluctant Wildlings.
